Nathaniel J. Wallace

Nathaniel J. Wallace joined Vogelzang Law in January 2019. Fierce advocacy for his clients is a hallmark of his practice. He has been both a client and lawyer for cancer-related lawsuits and has seen the havoc they can wreak on families. Empathy guides his approach, and he is honored to help families during what is often one of the most challenging times of their lives. He is grateful he can help give his clients comfort, knowing their loved ones will be taken care of as they battle a terminal illness.

Before coming to Vogelzang Law, Nate worked as an associate attorney and law clerk for two prominent Chicago plaintiff’s personal injury firms. He was responsible for cases involving nursing home litigation, toxic and mass tort litigation, premise liability, civil rights cases, and automobile collisions.

A business law class in his undergraduate studies piqued Nate’s interest in this field. A close friend, who happened to be a lawyer, encouraged his career pursuit by offering an internship.

Nate received his B.A. in Public Policy from Michigan State University, then moved on to obtain his J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, he was named to the Dean’s List and wrote briefs for Loyola Law School’s American Bar Association Moot Court Team. Nate showed his commitment to the community by earning his 711 License and participating in Loyola Law School’s Community Law Clinic, where he was appointed as guardian ad litem for minors living in Cook County, Illinois.

Originally from southeast Michigan, Nate grew up in the metro Detroit area near Ann Arbor. Outside the office, he is an avid biker and skier and loves spending time with his extended family in northern Michigan.
