The Mesothelioma Race for Justice (MRFJ) 5K was founded as an integral piece of Vogelzang Law’s large-scale commitment to fueling cancer research.
What initially started off as a one-time summer event has since been transformed into an annual occurrence as a direct result of overwhelming support from the mesothelioma community. Our team at Vogelzang Law has been so inspired and appreciative of all of our participants, sponsors, and volunteers; we intend to continue to draw awareness to the unique and difficult circumstances of those affected by mesothelioma.
The in-person race has concluded, but there is still time to join the virtual race!
This year’s race will be hosted in-person and virtually so that all of our participants from across the country and the globe can join us! The in-person race will take place on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023, at Shelter A of the Lake County Forest Preserve Half Day Location in Vernon Hills, IL. Virtual participants have September 1st through September 26, 2023 (Mesothelioma Awareness Day) to complete their remote race.
